Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. In general, orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We strive to provide quality products to all our customers. However, we understand that problems may arise. That's why we offer a 30 day warranty on all our items. During this period, we accept returns and issue refunds only in cases where the item received is damaged or delivery has not taken place. Due to our clearance policy, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds if the customer has chosen the wrong size, if they are dissatisfied with the item when it is in perfect condition or if the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address. We therefore encourage our customers to choose carefully, particularly using the size guide, before finalizing their purchase. If you find yourself in the situation where the item received is damaged or has not been delivered, please contact us at savluxea@gmail.com with your order details and our customer service team will be happy to guide you through our simplified returns process.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by email. If your order has not been shipped we will be able to refund you directly. Please note, however, that once we ship your order, we no longer have the option to cancel it. Your solution will then be to return the product to us once received in accordance with our returns and refund policy.
